It is a Washington, D.C. based membership organization that advocates for private, postsecondary schools, institutes, colleges and universities. The schools focus on the career oriented sector of higher education, and collectively educate over two million students each year. Randy Proto is a member of the Grassroots Committee and a member of the CCA PAC. |

FAPSC – The Florida Association of Postsecondary Schools and Colleges has existed as the voice of career schools in the State of Florida since 1956. The organization serves over 200 members; and advocates and supports all of the 800 licensed private career schools and colleges in Florida which serve over 275,000 students – comparable in size to the Florida State University system. Randy Proto is a Board Member, Co-Chair of the FAPSC Scholarship Committee, and an Eagle Member of the FAPSCPAC. |
